How to Use SPOLBAN

Clean the application area
Wipe off dirt and sweat from the intended application area before use to ensure proper adhesion.

Apply the patch
Place the patch directly over the area of stiffness, tension, or discomfort. Press gently to secure it in place.

Replace every 2–3 days
Replace with a new patch every 2–3 days. Each time, slightly shift the application area to avoid skin irritation.
